Tonight's testing:
- TinyQV SoC comes up when running at the design speed of 24MHz.  Micropython boots.
- Scratch memory (using the foundry 512 byte RAM macro) works
- GPIO is working
- Gamepad peripheral is working
- SPI peripheral works with an SD card
